One of the advantages of the guitar, music-theory-wise, is that everything is right in front of your eyes in the shape of patterns. Once you memorize a pattern, you can simply move it around the neck. And once you learn to see a pattern, you can’t unlearn it. You can’t unsee it. It’s right there on the fretboard.
This is another example of this wonderful trait of the guitar. In this lesson we cover:
- Related majors and minors
- The chords of a major scale
- The chords of a minor scale
And it all comes down to the same pattern on the fretboard. Just watch and see.
